I have been using TurboTax for over ten years. I cannot imagine using anything else. It is simple to use, easy to understand and accurate

The way the forms and documents were lists when you wanted to list additional information was confusing. I would access/edit something and it would pull up other (I'm assuming) related information. I prefer a 1:1 set up. If I'm looking to edit my 1099int take me to that, not a bunch of other income info too.
What's great about it: Walks you through
What's not so great: To do a review/edit of paperwork was confusing

Some problems

after completion I wanted to print a copy for mail filing.. I selected the official filing form and then the options I had was save as a pdf, preview print copy, or cancel-------no print option. I then selected preview print copy but from it I could not fine a print option. Maybe its me but it should be easier.
What's great about it: Overall, I liked it
What's not so great: printing mail-in copy difficult

Frustration!

At the end of the program when filing there were several times when I needed information from Turbo Tax and I would get a vague answer that didn't make sense. After several instances of this type I came to the conclusion that Turbo Tax was over come by the volumn of traffic and I learned to wait until the next day and see if I could get the answer or action that I needed.
Why don't you just tell us that you can't handle the problem now and will get back to us? I think that we would all save a lot of time be a much happier with the product.
What's great about it: The program was clear and concice and easy to follow.
What's not so great: Getting a vague answer when asking a question

Do not change Turbo Tax Delux

I would haven't given five stars were it not for the Deluxe changes this year. At least you did restore the features back to the way it was in the prevouis years.
What's great about it: Generally went smoothly
What's not so great: Have to fill a couple of places on both the Federal & state forms

Save my address

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years. It is fine software. I wish, however, that once I enter payment information you could keep the log-in procedures and password. I hate to keep reentering this information -- and I often put it in a safe place where I forget it.
