Trouble with state

The state review would not open. The recommendations from the website were useless, and it was a real chore to find a customer service line to call for assistance. On the bright side, your representative was professional and helpful.
What's great about it: Your customer service rep was excellent
What's not so great: The fact that I had to contact customer service to begin with.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I was not sure about using TT but now I am sold on it! I can hardly wait to file my taxes for 2015

I'm thinking of trying another Tax S/W. I've been a TurboTax user for at least 20 years, but you leave me hanging on several areas.
What's great about it: Not much
What's not so great: Too many stops which are unexplained, such as required codes for capital gaons/losses

Put securities section D back into the DELUXE version. We do need to pay more for the upgraded version.

I'M A CPA AND HAVE DONE HUNDREDS OF TAX RETURNS IN THE PAST. CONSTANT CHANGES IN THE TAX LAW AND MY RETIREMENT LED ME TO CHOOSE TURBO TAX AS THE TOOL TO DO RETURNS FOR THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF A COUPLE OF BUGS IN THE PROGRAM, I FOUND THE TURBO TAX PRODUCT TO BE INTUITIVE, EASY TO UNDERSTAND, SIMPLE TO COMPLETE AND VERY COMPREHENSIVE. BEST PRODUCT OF IT'S TYPE ON THE MARKET!
What's great about it: SIMPLE, COMPREHENSIVE - EVEN A CPA CAN DO IT!
What's not so great: HAVE FOUND BUGS IN PAST - AS CPA, I KNEW HOW TO FIX

Program worked well as it has in past years. It seemed a little slower than previous years, especially when saving and transmitting. The reason for the lower rating is the product renaming and being required to spend more money than last year to get the equivalent software(Premium vs deluxe).
