Need Some Improvements

As always great tool for taxes. However, tool should not prompt you to purchase a specific state as customer is prompted again at end of program for additional payment.
Customer service via phone was awesome! Agent quickly ascertained problem and found suitable solution.
What's great about it: easy-been using TT for 10+ years
What's not so great: Need to ensure customer can purchase state filing requirement when prompted vice the download product

Easy this year

I felt this year was easy. I'm just glad we bought the right version so I didn't have to worry about too many updates or anything. I'll be a buyer next year too.

My Fifth Year

This is still the easiest product to use.
What's great about it: Easy to use, simple step by step instructions and on-line help
What's not so great: I used Turbo Tax last year for my filing and then for my son's filing. Could not upload MY info this year.

Everything went very smoothly except entering the information for the 1099-B form. There were some boxes in the form that I had that did were not filled out but the software required something to be put in. I ended up just putting in zeros which seemed to work.
Other than that, this is great software and I use it every year.

Should not need Premier Edition

I was forced to buy the Premier edition this year because the Deluxe edition no longer includes the forms for investments.
What's great about it: Quick, easy and accurate
