From start to finish, the program was easy to install, easy to update, easy to use. Help was available for the one question I had. But don't be too anxious as being in a hurry can cause problems. Even then the program will help you out. I look forward to next year.
What's great about it: Quick, Easy, Accurate. That says it ALL!

What's not so great: Wish Turbo Tax had a Cloud for past returns.

TurboTax was easy like the past but I had some problems finding somethings that were easy in the past.
What's great about it: Fairly easy to find everything
What's not so great: had trouble finding thing that were easy to find in the past
