Very helpful tool

Best benefit is access to previous tax return. Saves a lot of time inputting addresses and lots of numbers.
What's great about it: Easy to update throughout the year
What's not so great: Missed a few entries on final review which delayed submission process a few minutes

Simple to use

I have used turbotax to prepare my taxes for over 10 years. This was by far the simplest version. I completed my complicated taxes in just a couple of hours.

Never disappointed!

TurboTax proved so valuable once again. In an age of declining value in products, TurboTax stays strong. There is such assurance in being walked through the process and having helpful commentary along the way. Well done, TurboTax!
What's great about it: I really enjoy the assurance that I feel when I am walked through potential income and deduction selections.
What's not so great: The fact that there aren't more useful tools in life, like TurboTax.

I really appreciate the fact that by continuing to use Turbo Tax year after year, the previous years information can be used for comparison.

I have been using Turbotax for probably over 20 years.
What's great about it: Easy to follow the instructions
What's not so great: None significant
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

this is my first time using turbo tax and i have to say it was excellent. i am a tax professional and it was easy to get through

For many years, I have been a devoted Turbo Tax user but the last few years I had some issues that complicated my filing so I ended up using a tax accountant. Now that my wife and I have retired, seems logical that I do my own tax returns again using the best and easiest tax software available in the market.
What's great about it: Detailed and easy to use. Very user friendly.
What's not so great: None
