You almost lost me as a customer by changing the specs but you made it right and put back everything as it was and should be.
If nothing changes last year, I will use your product again as I have been for over 15 years.

Easy Preparation

Very user friendly

Excellent to use as always. But it would be helpful if we were able to open prior year tax files. I couldn't open my 2013 tax file and I wanted to check how I treated certain deductions. I also used to have a business and filed a schedule C. I couldn't find a way to not file a Sch C. It generated one automatically.

TT Premier Review

I have used TurboTax Deluxe for years (since the 1990s) to file my joint return and Schedule E for our rental property. I was required to upgrade this year to access Schedule E forms which is different than the prior years. For the extra $32 I paid, I was expecting a lot more guidance on Schedule E. The directions are exactly the same as the Deluxe version I used last year. I feel TurboTax is a good, reliable product. I am not sure I will use this product next year if I have to be penalized for having a rental property. It is not a good value and worth $32 extra.
What's great about it: Easy to use, fairly clear insructions
What's not so great: Need more instructions/detail for rental property expenses

Federal went well.
final review/submit hung on NJ FLI which was separate on tax withheld. TT had a problem accepting this. Also, K-1 asked whom this was for, then failed to offer chance to enter ssn, name, address. At the grand finale, this had to be entered manually, instead of picking up data from whose K1 it was.
