Worst TT Experience in 15 Years

I've used TT for over 15 years. Not once in those 15 years have I ever had to call support. This year I easily spent as much time on with support as I did doing my business, personal and daughter's taxes. Where's my check for my time spent due to a poorly prepared product? While more expensive, it's been an easy choice to choose TT based on previous years' experiences. Based on this year, next year, it will not be so easy a choice.
What's great about it: Gustavo in Support
What's not so great: A Simple switch in unused Internet Explorer kept TT from functioning like it should

AWESOME Expierence!

Overall, This is a great product and i will never try anything else in the future again. This expierence greatly exceeded my expetations and set the standard for putting the customer first with regard to customer service, and website layout and software were also great. AMAZING PRODUCT!!!
What's great about it: very easy to use, very thorough, 1 in a million customer support
What's not so great: minor issues when filing multiple state returns

Form 5405 Troubles

TT Premier 2014 worked just fine for me except that it erroneously prompted me for form 5405 and would not allow me to submit without completing this. I finally found some information in their forums about the form and the fact that I could delete it. This was a big hassle and delayed my tax submission by almost two weeks. Since other software now reads TT files, I may explore using something else in the future.
What's great about it: makes year-over-year taxes simpler by plugging in prior year's information. Fairly good explanations of tax topics.
What's not so great: Erroneous prompt for form 5405 that significantly delayed my submission.

Gave me errors for updates!

Turbotax gave me a problem again this year. It was not able to update the software as it was posting errors. It did say it successfully processed, so hopefully it went through without missing any critical updates.

TurboTax works extremely well but I didn't like that I had to upgrade to Premier to get Schedule D
What's not so great: I found out I needed TurboTax Premier because Schedule D was no longer included in Deluxe version.
