I've been using Turbo Tax for years and the product just keeps getting better and easier to understand. I'm confident in my return that it is accurate and I am receiving the maximum return possible.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow
What's not so great: None

I liked that it walked me through it all and it gave me examples of the answers to the questions.
What's great about it: Easy questions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used this program for at least 10 years and never had a problem with my returns.
It would be nice to have an easy option to file the state return by mail.

What's great about it: Very easy to follow instructions. Have used it for over 10 years.
What's not so great: Wasn't easy to file state return without doing it electronically.
