Turbo Tax is Excellent

I love the step by step process. I love that it uses last years returns so I don't forget something

Thought the changes you made that cause so much consternation was ill advised. Used the product for many years and was always pleased. Not so much this year. Had already purchased when I found out about the need to upgrade. Pretty crummy

It is comforting to know that the data is checked and I can go back and edit errors in entry. Having the history of charitable groups eases the process.

Outstanding Product

All in all, this is a really great product. I would highly recommend anyone use TurboTax. I have been using their tax products for many years and love how easy it makes it to do what I need with my yearly taxes.
What's great about it: Great Breakdown of Difficult Topics
What's not so great: Left Out Mileage Until Check

Some items are becoming too difficult and the program is quite expensive.

What's not so great: Could not change my email address. Some items like ordering are way too difficult.

Dissapointing This Year

I'm filing exactly the same return as last year but had to by an upgraded product because TurboTax moved some standard forms (Schedule D) to a higher priced product.
I encountered lots of "errors on scripts on this page" messages when attempting to file. Very unsettling.
What's great about it: Compatible with last year's TurboTax files
What's not so great: Changed features - had to upgrade. Lots of bugs
