makes it easy

I love the running total that shows my refund.
What's great about it: Leads you through everything, does all the math, and draws on previous turbo tax years for faster input
What's not so great: No getting around paying some taxes, still takes some time for all the input

Not as painful as I expected!

Other than being forced to upgrade (though I'm told I'll get a refund), Turbo Tax was virtually painless.
What's great about it: Straight forward,
What's not so great: it is taxes afterall
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Great Tax Filing Product; Very Easy To Use

Overall the experience was very easy and went quicker than I anticipated. I have used TurboTax for many years. It's a much better value than paying someone to do your taxes. However, I thought $19.99 was too high a fee for e-filing the state return.
What's great about it: Quick and easy to use, very accurate software
What's not so great: A few interview questions not clearly defined. State e-filing fee too high.

would not transmit returns after going through the final check. never had this issue with last years Turbo Tax program.
What's great about it: Fairly easy to work with
What's not so great: Some Vague questions on 1099-B

HAVE USED TT FOR MANY YEARS AND FIND IT EASY AND SIMPLE TO USE. HAVE NOT BEEN AUDITED EXCEPT ONCE FOR A MISTAKE I MADE ON DATE ENTRY AND HAVE NOT HAD TO SEEK OUTSIDE PROFESSIONAL HELP TO PREPARE MY RETURNS.
What's great about it: EACH YEAR THE TT SOFTWARE IS BETTER AND EASIER TO USE.
What's not so great: CAN'T OFFER ANY

Easy to use and picks up as much info as it can from previous filings or online accounts. Only issue I had was having to upgrade to Premier to get all the forms I needed. Got an email saying that won't happen again next year. All the forms will be there from previous years.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Only con was needing to upgrade to Premier to get all my forms.
