So Easy

Once I figure out what medical is A,B,D and Misc. everything else is easy.
What's great about it: The auto upload makes it easy
What's not so great: Doing all the paperwook for medical

Easy to use

I have been a Turbo Tax user for over 10 years. I think it is user friendly and has always made me feel secure about my return. I was very disappointed this year with the way the versions had changed thereby making it necessary to purchase the level above when nothing had changed from the previous year. I hope that this is not repeated next year. I will continue to be a loyal turbo tax user provided such changes don't continue in the future. Otherwise it is a very good product.

Rough Road but got it done

I found Turbo Tax had more questions this year and was a little more confusing to use. I have always used the Deluxe and had to download Premier due to Deluxe not having the forms it's always had in the past. Even with the few bumps this year I will still use Turbo Tax again next year.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I had problem to enter income for taking care of a patient with no 1099MISC form. Two place enter got totally different results. I called IRS help desk to clarify. Hope TurboTax can improve this kind of income.

I have been using Turbo Tax Deluxe for many years. Even in the years when I had sold some stock and/or real estate. This year Turbo Tax made me buy Premier instead of Deluxe, which I had used for years, just because I sold a few shares of stock. I can't see where the 2014 Premier had anything more of benefit to me than the 2013 Deluxe did.
Had some problems with getting to add supporting details when adding utility expenses for the rental condo.
What's great about it: Easy to understand and use.
What's not so great: Had to buy Premier instead of Deluxe, which I had used for years.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
