Always use TurboTax because it is user friendly but wasn't sure if my capitol gains and losses for selling my brokerage stocks was done correctly eventhough nothing came up in the review.
What's great about it: Usually user friendly
What's not so great: Would like better instructions on reporting gains and losses
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I've used TurboTax for over 5 years and each year it gets better; more intuitive and easy to use.
What's great about it: Step-by-Step Guidance
What's not so great: Nada
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Can't Manuver With Ease

When and if you need to alter information, the program makes it difficult to find the area you need to back to. Example when Continuing Ed in program doesn't appear to meet definitions for educational credit, its a hassle to get the info out. Putting it another way, "Go Back" doesn't always mean go back to the last screen for section.
What's great about it: Simplicity, Accuarcy, and Tutorials
What's not so great: Helpless feeling if passing an area needing an entry
Pros: I bought or sold investments
