Great Product for Do-Your-Own Taxes

The 2014 Turbo Tax Premier was a significant improvement over previous years in helping me compile gains/losses on various stock transactions. Since my wife and I have separate accounts, we could now record transactions by accounts rather than trying to combine like-kind transactions into a single entry. What a pain that was. What an improvement. Much less stress trying to get the numbers to add up to the 1099s.
The search window quickly took me to an obscure areas of the return where I need to eliminate a form or figure out Use Tax information for my state that was not readily apparent in the Step-by-Step instructions. Another time saver. I also used this window to search on how to eliminate a K-1 form from a previous filing.
2014 tax year was my best year using Turbo Tax software. Because of the improvements mentioned above. I will be using TurboTax Premier next year.
What's great about it: Intuitive, Accurate, Simple
What's not so great: None

Used TurboTax again

I have used Turbo Tax for years and think it is easy to use. I will continue to use it!
What's great about it: Just have to enter basic information and it fills out the forms
What's not so great: Dont like that now I will have to buy Premium turbo to do what Deluxe use to do.

Ease of use is #1

I bought the Deluxe version. The guided navigation through each piece and subsequent detail was SUPER easy. It was simple to bounce between fully guided and select my own topics.
I really like the way I'm always brought back to exactly where I left off from the last save. Gives me confidence in the tool's accuracy.
When I found out that I needed to upgrade to Premier (for free), the upgrade was smooth and without a hiccup!
I've been using Turbo Tax for several years and continue to recommend it to friends and family.
What's great about it: It was so simple to use the guided navigation through each applicable section of Income, Expenses and so on.
What's not so great: Had to re-input some answers when reviewing sections.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
