Turbo tax has lost the quality and standard this year. First I had to upgrade to premier because I would not get the interview process that I liked, then during the process of completing my return I realized it was not catching missing items like medical expenses and I had to go back and do so.
The interview logic in the software has not been tested enough!

Easy to file

Answering questions about the various income and deduction categories is simple and straightforward. Ability to go to the categories as needed is great. Getting to the printed copy is a bit confusing, but not excessively so.
What's great about it: Flexibility to enter information as it becomes available.
What's not so great: Getting a printed copy coule be made simpler.

Fairly easy

I had not used Turbo Tax in several years. We used a professional tax preparer. I had never used anything that included "Investments & Rentals". Had I not had a copy of my 2013 forms available for reference it might have been much more difficult. All in all, though it went very well. Thank you.
What's great about it: Reasonably clear instructions
What's not so great: Would not be for a new tax filer.

2014 Turbo Tax Review

I have come to expect Turbo Tax to provide a quick and easy to understand software to file my taxes. The 2014 version of Turbo Tax was just as easy as ever to file my taxes with, but some of the forms that were included in the prior year Deluxe version were not included for 2014. The support staff at Turbo Tax helped me out and provided me with the forms. It will be much easier next year, if these forms are included with the deluxe version.
What's great about it: Easy to understand, quick and great support.
What's not so great: Some forms were not included in the Deluxe version for 2014

Another year of Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for at least five years and I have been very satisfied with ease of use and results. This would have been a better year if the change from Deluxe to Premier for my needs had been clearer.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions; Smooth transition from one year to the next.
What's not so great: Trouble downloading State forms becaus eof the Deluxe Premier mess

finally done

After many years of using TurboTax, I would reconsider future years if they were like this one. Surprised by not having what I needed in past to do our taxes--needed Premier. HSA contribution allowed was incorrect. If I had used it, I would have a problem. Now, one more thing to do: apply and wait for refund of partial Premier price.
What's great about it: learned could use depletion allow
What's not so great: HSA contri calc incorrect; needed to pay for Premier
