Excellent Time Saver

Turbo Tax is definitely worth the money; makes filing almost fun (almost) and gives me confidence that my information is correct, backed up, and unlikely to be audited. Each year I complete and file both state and federal in under an hour.
What's great about it: Everything from previous years is imported. System goes through possible deductions one by one.
What's not so great: Wish one state return had free efile.

Peace of mind

Hate doing taxes. Always afraid I am going to miss something. Turbo Tax takes those worries away.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow. Able to add changes from previous year.
What's not so great: Can not think of anything.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

disappointed had to purchase premier

Easy to use!

Very happy with TurboTax! Get's easier to use each year. My only complaint this year was related to some of the forms that I had in Deluxe last year were moved over into Premier. I don't need the full premier package. Intuit came to the rescue and gave us the free upgrade to Premier this year since we all were unaware of the change. That's customer service for you. Will use them next year.

Enjoy turbo tax except for a download problem this year using its deductible. Resolution was found online.
What's great about it: Enjoy the ability to work on taxes on my own
What's not so great: Had on problem which I found online instead of thru turbo tax

recd help after I did all the work and had to do it over, agent gave me a reduced rate and finished it finally thought it would be easy to get on again and do 2014 but you keep this email code to enter and it does not work very frustrated. why can I just sign in with a password
What's great about it: very complete
What's not so great: had problems called and agent helped me was your fault

I have used Turbo Tax for years and will use in the future. The software is easy to use and helps me be sure that I am accurately filing my taxes.
What's great about it: Walks me through all situations & helps me ensure a comprehensive filing
