Handling cashed in stock options makes me pull out my hair. Not being an accountant or tax adviser makes me seek out a consultant before I feel confident filing. My former employer provides a W-2 for sold options. For novices it really has to be dumbed down.
What's great about it: thoroughness

Easy and Efficient

Overall this is the only way I'll do my taxes. It's easy to follow and makes sure the process is as painless as possible. My wife and I just got married and I wasn't sure if I should file jointly or separately. I wish TurboTax had an option to generate the return both ways easily to see which one would benefit us the most. Other than that, it works great.
What's great about it: It lays everything out and makes sure I don't miss anythign
What's not so great: Doesn't easily allow for different filings to be made up at once

Every year I use TurboTax and I have the same confusion with entering our HSA information. It knows (and has asked two or three times) that the HSA is my account and not my husbands. Yet, right after stating that the account is mine, it asks me to enter the information as my husbands account. Then, I have to skip back and forth a few times trying to get it entered correctly.

Relative simple way to do taxes

It is relatively simple to use if you have done your taxes in the past. If you have a business or farm not sure how easy it is to use.
What's great about it: The forms are clear, one step leads to the next, addition is done for you,
What's not so great: you can't alphabetize charities or investments

Have used Turbo Tax for years and have always been satisfied. Aside from the glitch this year concerning which version to use ( addressed well, I hope -- haven't tried to get my money back yet), easy and painless as usual.
What's great about it: Quick, good guidance, painless
What's not so great: Medical breakdown is always an issue

Easiest return yet!

This was a very easy return to file this year. I do not have a lot of things to file but it was very to use. Continue the good work.
What's great about it: This was the smoothest return I have ever filed. I had no problems.
What's not so great: None that I could see.
