The Deluxe Mess-up

Have used Deluxe for years and was much distressed by the 2015 elimination of Form D. Also promised compensation was not forthcoming. While the upgrade to Premier available on line worked and the eventual outcome was satisfactory, the overall experience this year was only "Fair" compared to previous years.
What's great about it: Still find TurboTax the best and easiest
What's not so great: 2015 forms deletions and resulting anxiety

Great program. Only complaint is no way to show conversion of traditional IRA that was nondeductable to Roth on Form 8606.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

For 2013 tax year it dropped a significant income item. For 2014 tax year, state tax, it failed to include a major deduction item.
Otherwise easy to use and mostly correct.

i have used Turbo tax for several years. Please explain up front how frequently the file is saved. I presume you do it automatically, but it is not clear.
Please revert back to allowing the option up front for sending the federal and state returns individually either electronically or by mail. My state return is simple and i'm not going to pay a fee to send it electronically.
