Got it done and feel confident it is correct

Overall it is a great product, but I had to sell property last year... two, in fact.... and I had a difficult time inputting that information. Even with the search, I got confused as to where I was, and got a little nervouse I was missing something. Hopefully that isn't the case.
What's great about it: keeps me encouraged I am doing it correct, and love error check for problems
What's not so great: had a hard time understanding how to put in the sale of a property, still not convinced it is all correct

very complete

I found the 2014 version of Turbo Tax to be very easy to use. I had a difficult return this year, but the guided steps made it easy to follow. I had to use the explanations this year because of complications in my return. I made it through and was very pleased.
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: a bit vague of short sales for houses
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

Not as user friendly as years past. Had problems going back and making corrections and getting them to take. Had to try several times before successful.

User Friendly

This is a brilliant program. It is user friendly, and is therefore easy
to follow step by step. I have used it for several years now.
I love to e-file, and I especially love getting my refund directly
deposited to my bank.

Mistake Made Good

As a eight year user, I find TurboTax user friendly.
TurboTax could have done a better job in moving forms from the Deluxe to the Premier version.
The fix should have been from within the Deluxe version, and not having to purchase the premier version, then apply for a rebate check.
Maybe TurboTax can review my return and recommend the version I will need for 2015 - before I purchase.
What's great about it: Easy to Use. Minimum input required. Fast
What's not so great: Review Page adds recents at bottom, would be better at top - less scrolling.

A decade with Turbo Tax

Have used Turbo Tax for the last 9 years. Wouldn't think about using another software or tax preparation service.
What's great about it: importing data and thoroughness
What's not so great: navigating to back and having to go through all steps again

Very good except more info would have been helpful like doctor expenses, does that include office visit cost? Miles driven is new, so will keep better track next year. Also medical payments is that the part we paid over and above the insurance coverage. for pain medication what medications are included for pain? Is Omeprazole a pain medication. If I didn't take it I certainly would be in a lot of stomach pain. Celebrxe reduces arthrites pain, so is that a pain medication? Overall filing was much easier this year. We hope next year will even be better.
What's great about it: Covered every deduction
What's not so great: Should allow single page print like credit card payment for my record

Why did you change

In previous year when I logged out and came back later the program would pick up right where I left off. The past couple of years it seems to go back to the start and I have to wade through all of the stuff I already did. Not an improvement.
What's great about it: Its nice to import last years info
What's not so great: Seemed to keep going back to the start
