It should be available on disk

I do not like having my personal financial information available on an internet connected computer. I was unable to get the state download to transfer to a thumb drive so I could do my taxes on a computer that is not connected to the internet.
The programs should be available on disk so taxes can be done and printed on a computer that is not connected to the internet.
What's great about it: complete
What's not so great: I do not have internet and must use my friends.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Numbers Not Matching

When filling out the State and Local Income Tax Refund Worksheet, TurboTax was asking for numbers from the 2013 Taxes that did not match the numbers in the 2013 taxes.
The numbers were not even close and if was very confusing to find the information it was wanting.

What's great about it: For the most part the program worked well.

As noted, it worked very well. The gliches I mentioned were:
1. In one instance I could not uncheck a box; and
2. It was hard to figure out how to correct one of issues caught by the thorough review.
Overall, I rate it excellent

Get TurboTax - save on relationship counseling

This time last year my girlfriend and I were barely speaking. The confusion and resulting tension stemming from our attempts to comprehend and navigate the IRS instructions ruined an otherwise promising weekend. This year was an entirely different experience ;-). TurboTax is worth every penny we paid.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate
What's not so great: When completing a section you end up on main screen and have to scroll to bottom of page to advance to next section

I have used Turbo Tax for quite a while. Only one time did I have to call in for help, but when I did, I was helped quickly and professionally. I'll continue to ues Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: fast dependable
What's not so great: screen layouts are too long.

Excellent Product

I have used Turbo Tax forever. Compared to other products Turbo Tax excels. Ya'll did very well recovering from the change in product that excluded some features from last year that were only included in the Premier edition this year. Great job! Kept me as a customer.
