Great Customer Service

I was in need of customer service to submit my return. Delores helped in taking care of what needed to be done. She did it cheerfully and went beyond what was expected. A great member of the Turbo Tax family. I'm very grateful to have had such an experience.

I use Premium because I had an investment property and stock sales. It makes all the complicated calculations and walks you through the process so you don't overlook anything. The program remembers from previous years the stock loss carryovers and incorporates it all together.
What's great about it: Easy, Fast, Thorough, Reasonably Priced
What's not so great: Have to pay for state efile
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

I hope that you include estate forms in the deluxe version for 2015
What's great about it: You had the software automaticaly udate to premier
What's not so great: You would not know that you needed the premieir to file estate taxes

I love the way it imports my information from previous years and puts it side by side with the new return. Its is very user friendly and everything is so well explained! Love this product!!!

This was the easiest and user friendly program for taxes I have ever seen. I really didn't want to buy this because I thought it would be full of "tax language" that I would not be able to understand, but this was so simple and it literally walks you through the program easily and efficiently offering multiple deductible offers. Excellent!!! I will buy this again!!!!

I keep using Turbo Tax for the simplicity the software offers to customers. The thoroughness of the software to analyze the returns is paramount for individuals that want to file their taxes once with no surprises later.

I am glad Learn More options were available, it helps clarify the best choices for your situation. I really appreciate the double checking review, the few errors I made were easily corrected.
What's great about it: I appreciated the step by step directions.
What's not so great: I think there should have been a decline state or skip state option.
