Love the Turbo Tax. Easy and Fast and affordable

Seems more difficult

The process simply did not seem to be as easy as it had been, and it seems to be slightly more cluttered with promos for added services to buy.
What's great about it: It transferred the information for 2013 very well to my knowledge
What's not so great: There seemed to be changes and more details

I think last years TT was easier to use. Liked it better.
What's great about it: Lots of help.
What's not so great: Some things are hard to understand if not a tax person.

Probably won't be using TTax next year. All of the tax forms I need used to be in Deluxe. Now, to find out some have been deleted and people have to "upgrade" to get what they always got in the past!?! And it took a huge backlash from users to get TTax to put them back in.....!?! And I'm guessing that TTax will delete them from Deluxe or raise the price again next year....!?!
I don't need the hassle and confusion. There are other alternatives out there that are just as good and hungry for my business.

where is my refund for upgrading

Detailed and easy

I feel it better than a franchised store as they try to get work does as early as possible and do not pay as much attention. they work like an assembly line and get the production numbers but it all depends on yourself how much you want to go in detail. Those folks will put in forms what you tell them and if you can do it yourself by plugging in the same numbers as you had to give them, you know the inside out of your return and are confident of your submission. I love it.
What's great about it: Convenient, easy to follow, step by step,
What's not so great: Could not find any
