Great program easy to use

Program feature help file would be nice. For example in some fields I like to add support sheet with calculations. It used to be triggered by F1 key. Now it is a right mouse key, but it took me over 20 minutes of trial and error to figure it out.
What's great about it: Ease of use and Audit Defense

Great Support

I've used Turbo Tax for many years and have always relied upon it for ease of use and accuracy. This year I needed some clarification on a state tax issue that Sharon was able to help me understand in quite a short amount of time.
What's great about it: Knowledgeable person (Sharon) answered questions relating to reason for a state tax item of which I was not aware.
What's not so great: none

Most excellent results

Have been using this software for about the last 7 - 8 years. I have been extremely satisfied with the results. I even use the state version to calculate results for my son, daughter and parents and then compare Turbo Tax's results to Ohio's online efile (Ohio only has 4 pages). Believe it or not but it has helped save me dollars many times that I would have missed just using Ohio's website. Very intuitive and full of helpful hints and guidelines.
What's great about it: Quick, easy, and through
What's not so great: A bit time consuming for anyone with basic needs

good product, but higher retail price for early buyers which is not cool...
What's not so great: TT requires an E-Filing Pin...this is NOT necessary when a IP PIn is used
