The program used to be affordable. Now you can often find it cheaper in a local retail store.
What's great about it: transferred prior years info

Easy as...apple pie

Doesn't get much easier than this. Imported investment info directly from our broker, input all our data easily, checked the return and transmitted it. Voila!
What's great about it: Very easy to use!

Overall the product meets my needs. However, when moving from Federal to State some categories were not needed. It would have been helpful to have been advised e.g. a W2 reported on Fed not required on State. A heads up would have saved me a few hours of research on the State Revenue website to determine this information.. A few more alerts would prove helpful. Also, when back tracking certain info was previously reported but asked again when going back Redundant and unnecessary. e.g respomses to yes/no questions answered already
What's great about it: Liked the fact that Turbo knew all my requirements

Health premium credit section of the Ohio return could be more clear. Subsidized plan premium needs to include some examples to more easily determine eligibility.
Please do not change content of an edition without thorough explanation of what one would NOT be getting if one orders the same as the previous year.
What's great about it: Plenty of guidance in software and flexibility of use.
What's not so great: Ordered Home Edition not knowing some forms weren't included as they were last year. Eventual Premier replacement fine.

Government Annuities

Turbo Tax needs a better understanding of Federal Government Annuities including annuitants who took out thier contribution at retirement.
It would also be great if Turbo Tax worked with OPM to enable electronic access and input of wage/tax information.
