I have used Turbotax for many years and appreciate the ease of filing. However, if you do another "forced upgrade -- like to Premium", I will start using another product.

Easy to use. The problem with the investment gains/losses not included (Schedule D, I believe) was resolved, but it was frustrating that the version I have bought for years might not have worked.
It would be nice if efiling both Fed and State were included.
Otherwise, pretty smooth.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Confusion this year with investment gains/losses

Was very pleased you listened to your customers and included all the previous features of previous years in Deluxe. Was initially very unhappy I would have to pay extra for what had been your standard. I stand behind you on this decision and would likely have gone to a different solution had you not done so.
What's great about it: Very easy to work with and gives reminders, particularly missed items or amounts compared to the previous year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

i like the way Turbo tax imports all financial info. all I have to do is plug in 2014 figures and turbo tax does all the work.
What's great about it: like comparison with last year
What's not so great: total confusion with turbo tax change this year--but made it right

Would be more convenient to have a box to check at the beginning of the program that would eliminate entries for "State Tax" for individuals that live in states that don't have a "State Tax".
What's great about it: Very simple step by step instructions
What's not so great: None

I have used TurboTax for many years, and I could not get along without it. It is the best and easiest way to prepare taxes.
What's great about it: TurboTax guides you through your taxes step by step/
What's not so great: Some of my forms were unnecessary.

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 30 years and this ear I am very. While working on a form all of a sudden it jumps to another form not connected with one I was working on. Also I usely print one for at a time that way I don't get pages and pages of blank pages or with numbers I don't need. I will do thinking about buying your product next year. And this I hate to do. I had my own business for 37 years then retired and only do my own and my kids.
What's not so great: can't print one form at a time.
