Frustrated with Social Security section

Section on taxable social security from prior years is poorly explained, appears contradictory in easy step section versus review section, and I think incorrect. Program had me enter taxable social security income from 2013 during the Easy Step portion per the amounts from my 2013 return, but then refused to accept anything greater than zero for an entry in the Federal Review section. Overriding the original amount with a zero entry during the review steps caused my taxes due to increase by $60. Program would not let me e-file if I left the original number alone.
What's great about it: Most of program works well as it always has for me
What's not so great: Taxable social security section is confusing and I think wrong

Had difficulty with state and local tax rates for my county and reconciling higher tax rate for vehicle purchased in another county
Also put in 2 nicknames and both were taken. You need to find another method to ID us so we don't have to make this simple request an exercise in futility

Usually reloads data from the previous year into current year.
Overall better and faster than paying an accountant.

What's great about it: Has all the steps required, usually easy to understand
What's not so great: trouble finding less obvious incomes, couldn't get the state credit card payment to go

What's great about it: a self guided tour of taxes
What's not so great: some topics just don't apply to many situations.

I have been using TurboTax for many years and have never been disappointed. TurboTax is a great tool and has saved me time and money each year. Love it!
What's great about it: Interview method is easy to follow.
What's not so great: I can't find any!

Thankful for Turbo Tax... I just wish I understood more so that the questions were easier to understand. The alternative minimum tax section is so confusing. Not sure I did that part correct. But overall...Turbo Tax is better than the accountant I used in 2012!
What's great about it: Walks you through everything.
What's not so great: So much I still do not understand enough to answer confidently

I've been using tax preparation software for years, but this time, you outdid yourselves! it was soo easy! I was impressed by the quick data transfer from my employer and other institutions. Way to go!
What's great about it: data transfer, easy to follow.
