Confusion reigns

You almost lost me this year with the confusion and overreaching that happened with the Software versions. You managed to alienate someone who has been using your product for over 10 years
What's great about it: Software is great as always
What's not so great: Managment handling of the Tubo Tax versions was a nightmare

First Time Filing with TT

Was disappointed to find there were additional fees for efiling for state. Did not make this option more cost effective than going to an accountant. Will need to reconsider for next year.
What's great about it: easy to enter from documents i received
What's not so great: was unaware of additonal fees for efiling

Very Fluid Process!

Great Product. I pray that any hackers are caught and that security is no longer compromised. I look forward to having the Schedule E back in the Deluxe Version for 2015 tax year.
What's great about it: All areas were accessed and additional questions were available if I needed.

Very pleased with the outcome of the Turbo Tax package.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax was curtious to send us the premier version of the CD since they removed schedule D from the deluxe version.

Not impressed

See cons above. I am a long time turbo tax user but this was the most confusing and time consuming experience I have ever had. The help did not help! I had to go threw the whole process two plus times to clear all problem using trial and error to see what was needed. I finally dropped my foreign tax credit because the worksheet and the 1116 form would not send the correct credit to the 1040form. I will look at other tax preparation software next year.
What's great about it: I finally finished but it took much too much time!
What's not so great: Download not handled correctly creating a lot of confusion

Easy to use. Fixed Problems

I've used Turbo Tax for years. It's always been easy to use and refunds have been very easy to get. It was good that Turbo Tax fixed the issue with capital gains for the deluxe version. They will continue to get my business.
What's great about it: Very easy to use, easy to file
What's not so great: Capital Gains issue with deluxe
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy Peasy

Problem with importation finally fixed and I was able to complete and submit my tax returns.
What's great about it: Did all my calculations
What's not so great: Trouble importing TD Ameritrade
