Important defects

I have two rental properties - only prints out one depreciation schedule for one property.
Will not update accumulated depreciation (from prior years) on either property no matter how many times I try.
After I changed the accumulated depreciation figure to correct the situation, total print out of return went from 32 pages to 22 pages? Is something missing?
No accommodation for company vehicle taken out of service and sitting idle in my yard.
Disappointed and VERY NERVOUS about Turbo Tax

Easy and fast

Been using for over 16 years and really like it. Easy to remember from year to year. Good help information.
What's great about it: Comprehensive but fast and easy
What's not so great: Cost increase for Premier version
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax for Mac 2014

Really, looking at last year with Turbo Tax, cost almost exceed my combined refund.
Flew through state versions and not sure that they are correct. Bought the state versions but then they wanted an incremental fee for electronic filing after I pay for the state versions.

Manually printed and mailed in not worth the fees to file electronically.
Got to be better alternatives for the Mac user community.
What's great about it: Same program as used before, long time user. Easy on investment inputs.
What's not so great: Cost has gone up to point out ways my refund if any both Federal and State.

What a breeze!

I used the product before and I liked it then. When I used it this time I found it to be more detailed on the questions it asked to prepare the information.
For me it was easy to use and since I had all my information together it was quick. In fact, I was reminded of items to deduct that I had not even thought of to use.
Way to Go! Quick, Easy and fast to file my return.
What's great about it: Right to point and easy to use.
What's not so great: Need more explaination on some of the adjustments on deductions.

After the initial version brouhaha, still great

I've used it on and off for nearly 20 years and the product rarely disappoints. Good at catching errors. The best way to do your taxes if you don't want to learn how to do taxes.
What's great about it: Clear, complete, improves every year
What's not so great: The version switching nonsense, add-on ads throughout

TurboTax is the way to go

I have been using TurboTax for many years and have been amazed at the ease of use, even for complicated tax issues. I especially like the review at the end and the analysis of potential audit issues. Excellent piece of software!
What's great about it: Always get most recent version and have never been disappointed. Easy to use. Excellent help menus/answers

Finished in record time

I have been using Turbo Tax since 1995. I have never had a problem and only got audited once in 20 years - after I forgot to include a major W-2 income source. Entirely my fault.
