Great product, but makes some wrong assumptions

Amazon gift card can only go to first listed name if you are doing a joint return. A number of other bugs too. Having an IT background, I can figure out ways around them, but not everyone can.
What's great about it: Gets your taxes done in a jiffy
What's not so great: Has some bugs--lots of them-if you decide to change things
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

wasn't too hard for the first time. I wish I had used it before instead of paying an accountant for less of a refund

Had to pay extra for filing 1099

their getting greedy and charging more!! I hade to upgrade in the middle of filling out the forms because this year filing 1099's were not included in the deluxe
What's great about it: I've use turbotax for years and its easy
What's not so great: charging more for less!! I'm trying different software next year!!

Yet another year

The upgrade from Deluxe to Permier was, of course, annoying. Next year I expect to buy the deluxe version just as I have been doing for over ten year. If this was just a ploy to raise the price and I have to buy Premier next year I will be looking for alternatives.
It's a good product that I have been using since 1997. Please don't mess it up.

Not without problems

Had to upgrade to Premier from Deluxe because of features removed from Deluxe for 2014.
Had problems with internet access that required calling the help desk and waiting for response When the responses came they were very helpful and got me around the problems.
Like the tool. Loyal customer for several years.

Turbo Tax is the best.

Absolutely love Turbo Tax. It guides you every step along the way. I used the Premier version this year because of retirement investments. It automatically imported everything from our investment and retirement funds. For me it would have been a nightmare if I had to figure it out on my own. Thank you Turbo tax for making Income Tax filing so easy.
What's great about it: Walks me through each step of my return and double checks everything.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

despite all the hype with the problems you had it appears as though they were all taken care of…..Bravo…….wish our Govt. could take care of its problems as easily.
