Complete tax preperation process

Turbo Tax 2014 Premier works very well. The guided tax preparation is great. I like the feature that allows me to go directly to tax forms too. The only glitch I've experienced (again for 2014) is the form for people who work in one city and live in another and there is income tax collected in both cities. Plus, my employer correctly takes out the right percentage for both cities. My wife works a couple of part time jobs in different cities ad does not have resident city tax taken out. But that is my one and only complaint. I file a city tax form where we are residents. That is not included in turbotax, but it is a simple form unlike the "CCA Form 120-16-IR" for the federal form.
What's great about it: Just about everything works well in the self-guided tax preparation.
What's not so great: CCA Form 120-16-IR for multicity income tax

Personal and Trust Returns

Have used turbo tax for last five or six years. Switched our home computers over to Macs from PCs. Problem is that Turbo Tax and other software providers do not make the trust/business software for the Mac. A real pain. Had to use old PC and upgrade to connect printer/internet.
Unfortunately, no alternatives.

Best Tax Prep Software Available

Tax software program is very easy to follow and use; step-by-step guidelines and explanations take the guess work out of tax preparation; easily worth the cost
What's great about it: Quick and easy to use
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Product, Botched Up Delivery This Year

I have tried other tax return software. TurboTax is by far the best. I'm just really puzzled why the company decided this year (2015) to put the squeeze on their many loyal customers by taking some important features out of Deluxe and putting them in Premier forcing us to pay more this year for what we got for less last year. It made me so angry that I will search on-line reviews and go for another tax software next year.
What's great about it: Fast, seamless, flawless, accurate
What's not so great: Too much advertising, had to buy Premier this year due to the 2015 TurboTax tax filing squeeze

have used premier forever. wanted me to purchase home & business-but when I tried-it would NOT let me.
in the end, I didn't need it anyway.
