I was sure I would owe this year, but after importing all my data, and answering the questions, I had a refund. So surprised!

Turbo Tax 2014

Pretty easy to use the software. User friendly, very comprehensive, and gives the user lots of choices. Printing the copies was not easy. Using PDF is a mystery to me.
What's great about it: I was surprised when Deluxe did not cover rentals and I had to upgrade. Upgrade went well.

Got more money back for my elderly Mother!

This year, Turbo tax helped me get more refund money for my elderly Mother. The thorough "walk me through each step" tool for credits and deductions is the best tool to which I have ever had access. I am so happy to help my Mom live better with the extra money she will be refunded this year. The medical and medical insurance deductions were very detailed and helpful in helping me get her a much higher refund for tax year 2014. I love Turbo Tax and have been using it for as long as it has been around. I am a happy customer and will never change tax software providers.
What's great about it: Thorough. Helped me get more credits & deductions than ever before.

I have used turbotax for over a decade and continue to be very satisfied. However, I will switch to another software if I am forced to purchase the Premier version next year.
What's great about it: Very easy to use, very good quality

Terrible...

Screwed up my 2010 Tax return. I suppose their Guarantee doesn't mean anything since I have to pay $800 on a 4 year old tax return. Guess I will be filing complaints with the BBB.
What's great about it: NONE
What's not so great: Screw up your return and then leave you in the lurch....

I thought with the Premier edition I was suppose to receive a free 1 free State. I was charged for LA.
