Turbo Tax makes tax returns easy

I have been using Turbo Tax for the last few years to file my income tax returns and will definitety continue to use Turbo Tax in the future. I have recommended Turbo Tax to my friends and will continue to do so.
What's great about it: Very clear and easy to follow instructions.

Got it done

I'm sure next year's deluxe version will include the forms I have used in the past without needing to call for help with upgrades. The people who talk to you online are friendly and patient.
What's great about it: Online assistance is great!
What's not so great: The glitch this year cost me time and frustration. Had to get assistance to download upgrade twice.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've used Turbo Tax for years and was always pleased. Well worth the money invested. However, this year I had problems upgrading online from Deluxe to Premier (needed to do this because Intuit did not communicate the need for the upgrade), and also problems paying with credit card to e-file my state return (again, problem with the software). The phone representatives (had to call twice) were friendly and both helped to solve my issues. Everyone can make a mistake, so I'll give Turbo Tax another try next year and hope they have fixed these software problems. If it were not for these issues, I would have rated it excellent.
What's great about it: Makes tax preparation easy.
What's not so great: Had some glitches in the program this year.

Ease of use better this year. I especially liked the frequent comparisons from previous year to this year throughout the document regarding income & deductions.
I am very pleased with the product. I will likely continue to use in the future.
What's great about it: Schedule D and Schedule A charitable deductions easier compared to past years
What's not so great: HSA section was confusing. Asked me to enter figure from line 48 of form 5329 previous year. Form not applicable

So Easy!

TurboTax is so quick and easy!! I can do it all by myself with their step-by-step process! I also like that if you filed with them the year before, most of your information is pulled in, and so easy to edit anything if needed.
What's great about it: Everything! Makes the process quick and easy!
What's not so great: Not one thing!
