This will be my last year to use TurboTax. This is the end of a 20+ year run. But charging extra for Schedules C, D, and E is not acceptable. There are lower cost options available that do just as good a job.
And there are annoying little things that drive me nuts: Just one case in point: i owe on Federal but why not suggest (and print) a modified W4? There is no discussion of estimated payments for 2015.
What's great about it: easy and (i assume) accurate
What's not so great: charged extra this year for investment income
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I've been using TurboTax for at least 10 years without any real complaints. Relatively fast, easy to use and reasonable in cost.
My complaint is with a tax system that is incomprehensible to an ordinary person.
I hope and believe TurboTax lives up to its billing but I can't even understand my completed tax forms so I can't be absolutely sure. A lot of modern life is like that, I guess.

What's great about it: Once through the program, you can e-file and walk away. Done!

I've been using Turbo Tax for 5 years and I am very happy with it.

Refunded, again!!

The program is very user friendly. I especially like that the software handles transferring our federal information into a New York 203 (non-residents) form. I live in Connecticut but work in NY. The program is also very versatile, I've use it for several years and is always happy with program.
What's great about it: Audit/error review, versitility

I have purchased Turbo Tax software for the last 15 Years, always the deluxe version. Quite to my surprise this year Turbo Tax software would not let me enter all the things I had done before, in 2014 to enter my k-1, I had to purchase the premier version. This was my last year to buy Turbo Tax as I think I was forced to buy Higher priced Software than ever before and
I assumed that what I had been buying for years was the same product.

Error guess would be failure to ask the over 65 question on the NC section or incorporate it. Gone now - NC legislature has chosen to give that refund to people buying yachts
What's great about it: quick
What's not so great: not as straight forward as last year, also last two years state of NC has refunded us 636 apparently due to an error
