Wish there was more guidance on the AMT--several sections of the questions/answers did not provide information on how to complete the various fields.
What's great about it: Pulls in previous data, covers most situations

box 11 for form 1099-DIV is not included with the other boxes and this is confusing. Also to apply tax refund to future taxes you must select payment vouchers before you are asked to allow this. Should be separate.

I, like a fellow I happened to talk to, am not impressed, in fact, I think I am done. You are trying too hard to see how many extra fees you can charge. I don't think you should have to pay an extra fee for your state return, let along the extra schedules. Good Luck.

Turbo Tax changes

Turbo tax has again made the process fast and easy. I do resent having to pay the extra $30 to upgrade to premier just to enter my stock sales and dividends.
I also do not need the state filing section since I live in a state that does not have an income tax.

Has helped me with my taxes for years

I have used this product for many years and have been successful with filing my taxes. I was disappointed in the way the company tried to remove programs which required an upgrade for forms needed to complete my taxes. This required and upgrade for business type reporting. I had to upgrade just to have access to one form I needed to complete my return. This upgrade I had to purchase, I will never use all the business forms that is in it. Still this is a good product.
What's great about it: Easy to use as long as you have prepared and have some ideas about tax preparation.
What's not so great: Some checks not clearly understood

Income Taxes Made Simple

I have used Turbo Tax software for more then 10 years. A great tool to complete your income taxes.
What's great about it: Downloading software was easy, very simple to use and reduces the amount of time to do your taxes.
What's not so great: Cost coud be more reseaonable

Should rethink having investment forms on deluxe

see above, investment documents for 1099s should be included from here on on Deluxe
What's great about it: Easy as usual
What's not so great: This year free upgrade to premium, but if this is not free in future, I may rethink my tax software choice
