What can I say? I've used TurboTax for as long as I can remember. It's super easy and they make it just about foolproof. Thank you for saving me hundreds of dollars by helping me do my own taxes
What's great about it: super easy anyone can do it
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Seemless & Simple

I can't imagine doing taxes by hand with such an easy to use tool available.

Preferred the older software versions!

Bugs in PA forms related to Interest. Was advised they were repaired, but program did not update. Older versions of the software allowed me to make corrections when there were errors on the actual Tax forms. New software does not allow that - A BUMMER !! When there is a bug in the "worksheet", we are stuck. Go back to the old way and allow changes to the Tax forms.
What's great about it: Importing data continues to be easy
What's not so great: Some "bugs" on PA tax forms

Great User Experience

I have been using Turbo Tax for greater than 10 years and each year it has become more and more intuitive in helping me navigate through the complexity of the tax codes.

pretty good first time experience

I did my taxes online last year and I thought it couldn't get any easier. This year when I knew that I had a lot more that was going to go into my taxes and decided to use turbo tax to file, I was pleasantly surprised at how much better they have made it. I was walked through my whole tax experience step by step and I could not be happier with my decision. I received a larger return than I thought I would get and it was due to turbo tax software.
What's great about it: All of my taxes took one day to do
What's not so great: It was a bit confusing when I left and came back to the program

Every year TurboTax seems to lack more and more IT experience. Not sure if I will use it for 2015 or not?

Lots of anxiety where credit for Philadelphia taxes can be applied to NJ. Not so clear. Also how not having a 1098-T for adult child.
What's great about it: Ability to back out of a path entered by mistake
What's not so great: Anxiety over where Philadelphia Tax could be applied to NJ. Why so late in the process? Why not when W2's are entered
