Complex tax forms made relative simple

The integration of "It's Deductible" with Turbo Tax is a great help. Also, the ability of Turbo Tax to connect to other sites, like brokerage accounts, and transfer of data to Turbo Tax is really helpful. Filing electronically also speeds up the processing of a return.
The data checking aspects are also really important.
What's great about it: The program reduces complex calculations down to something managable
What's not so great: Often the data entry requirements are not explained in enough depth with specific examples

difficult

From start to finish, it took 4 days to complete my taxes due to importing 1099 data from TD Ameritrade account that gave an incorrect login error. More expensive compared to last year. I may look for different options next year. Your review section doesn't show overall review in the section. And why do I need a nickname that has been used, took me 5 times to enter a nickname to submit the review... This Should Be SIMPLE!!!!
What's great about it: Fairly easy
What's not so great: importing TD Ameritrade 1099 data and not saving and importing 2013 data from turbo tax.

Overall, I was a little apprehensive this year due to all the blow back and drama relating to the updated versions of Turbo Tax and whatnot, but that was all for nothing. This year was just like last year, and I'm thankful for the free upgrade to the version I needed. Next year I won't need that version, so hopefully I can go back to the Deluxe version of Turbo Tax. (I have a suspicion I won't be able to, but we'll see how things go.)
What's great about it: Quick, relatively easy.
What's not so great: Some confusing spots, the Boston Tea Party commercial

This product have been a pleasure to use over the last few years. It's easy to use and understand. Nice help and explanations. If everything else was this easy. Love this product Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy to use, reasonable cost
What's not so great: Could be a little less expensive, but worth the cost.

If you add additional price to the deluxe next year to get the same forms I am used to getting in my deluxe package, then I will switch software brands.....I have been a dedicated TurboTax user since your early years. Please show that you care about that.
What's great about it: Works good for my tax situation
What's not so great: Had to upgrade to premier this year to get the full features I had last year with deluxe
