Glad you fixed it!

I like your product and have been using it for years. I was upset that the "deluxe" version was incomplete as required forms were initially removed into another product. I was gratefully relieved when I received the e-mail stating they were now available without an additional cost.
I hope you plan on leaving the "deluxe" version as is for next year. I do not plan on buying the "Premier" package, and WILL NOT.

What's great about it: Familiarity. and "It's deductible"

SO USER FRIENDLY!

I have used Turbo Tax for at least 3 years and I would not use any other. I trust Turbo Tax software to be up-to-date with the tax laws and forms and to solicit every bit of information I need to provide the IRS in order to accurately report my income and deductions.
What's great about it: Easy to use, question driven etc.
What's not so great: None that I can see

Product is easy to use and product support was right on. if you are going to do your taxes yourself this is the only way to go

Worked well, except that I had to download the Premiere version after the Deluxe was identified as not handling investments. OK, however, this resulted in the State portion not working. Would not proceed after downloading state forms. Online help was not much help... why doesn't someone clear out answers that DO NOT WORK?... Finally found the problem, which was the location of the state forms (i.s. in wrong folder)
What's great about it: Efficient and familiar
What's not so great: Problems with Deluxe version not handling investments

Overall, I like the fact that it was easy and very explanatory. It explains everything in details and gives you examples about everything you don't understand. I have done this software for about 3 years in a roll and it has been consistent with all my information. I recommend this software to those who pay someone else to do their income tax for them.
It's inexpensive, compare to someone else charging you lucrative fees.

Once Intuit got its act together and included the free update to premier so I could use it for the forms I needed it worked well, like it has for the past 10+ years I have been using TurboTax.
What's great about it: Pretty easy and fast to complete
What's not so great: Many of the forms I needed were originally excluded from the Deluxe Version
