Not a happy camper

First, not happy that I could not use the Deluxe version and had to upgrade to the Premier, for basically filing the same forms as last year (2013). It never asked me about my medical expenses and had to go find them and add them. Didn't take into consideration taxes on 2nd property and again I had to go find it and then add it. Never showed my dividends and interest from my brokerage account (downloadable), had to go in and find them and then verify that they were correct. Every time I opened up Turbo Tax, it had updates, that gets frustrating because for the sake of peace of mind I then went back and verified that correct information was there. I have been using Turbo Tax for years, next year I will seriously look at something different.
What's great about it: Went relatively smoothly
What's not so great: Had to go back to fill in missing information

Can be a little confusing for elderly folks not familiar with all tax language. Nearly ended up paying too much estimated tax for coming year until I equated withheld taxes from payroll checks with retirement MRD's. Finally remembered that Feds treat MRD's as earned income.
Is a good product
What's great about it: Pretty well designed
What's not so great: A little thin for estimated tax credites for retiree's

It took over 3 hours to delete and reload my state return several times. The person I dealt with was professional, I just was not happy to waste so much time on a product that should have been working properly.
What's great about it: Takes me step by step
What's not so great: Had a huge problem this year with getting the state to work.

Very Thorough

I wish the program handled things like IRA basis calculations in a way that put them in front of the user rather than holding them in a buried worksheet. I'm not sure what is going to happen next year when I start to draw from IRA's and my after tax basis must be used to calculate income tax. A section computing future RMD's would be nice also.
What's great about it: Great interface which is always improving
What's not so great: Doesn't cover all bases
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

MY Opinion on TurboTax 2015

TurboTax works well and is easy to understand, I suggest when going through the sections, after you complete a section ex Interest and Dividends, you should go to the next Item no back to the begining of the list.
What's great about it: You fixed the missing stock items that were in all previous Turbotax
What's not so great: Stock items were missing at first
Pros: I bought or sold investments
