went pretty well

I like using Turbo tax but I paid for efiling my state return then was unable to because of line 13 other withhold for the state. I have no idea what that meant and I was unable to find anything about it in help
What's great about it: easy to follow, i like that i can bounce around in program
What's not so great: problem filing state return. something about other withholding

I am a tax dummy and you make it so I only have to do what is required and not a bunch of stuff that isn't. I love the popups and explanations. I am also appreciative of the upgrade (due to your whoops) and how seamless it was.
What's great about it: I love the ease of use and how everything I need is at my fingertips! I also love the changes this year, easier to use!
What's not so great: When I stop mid forms and have to quit, I wish it would bring me back exactly where I left off.

easy filing

I expected the Quicken to Turbotax to be more seamless.
I list medical in different classifications, but the program tends to lump it. I have to break it up to the different areas.
Retirement accounts that are not taxed, are not separated by either program.

Flows through easily

I called the Support Line and had a very helpful and persistent
male tech who stuck with me until we solved my problem.

What's great about it: Being able to import past year data and investment information
What's not so great: Had Difficulty getting past ID and Password. Locked out.

not very happy about needing to buy premium vs deluxe ...may go with another vendor next year...annoyed at the continued updates and marketing sells .....

I enjoyed doing my taxes with turbo tax, i cant think of a reason of not being happy.
What's great about it: Easy as 123, made it real easy for my family and i!!
What's not so great: What cons??
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I have been using turbo tax for many years probably from day one of availability and you have NOT increased the amount of free efiles.Youve been offering 5 for a long time...by now with the increase in the price of the program you would have increased that number as well.I do manyfriends and family members taxesand of course almost want efile.So please increase free efiles not just price of the program...
