Only One Issue

The only negative was this year's disaster with the change to Turbo Tax Deluxe.
I ended up purchasing Premier even though I had only one small mutual fund sale during the year.
This type of transaction should be easily handled in the Deluxe edition.
I realize that Turbo Tax corrected the issue eventually, but it was after I had already used the Premier edition.

Have been using Turbo Tax for years. I like the product very much. I hope it does not price itself out of the running.
What's great about it: Easy to use. user friendly. Good menues
What's not so great: Was upset that Turbo Tax changed it's deluxe format. But was glad that they corrected the product to cover schedule C an

Having used Turbo Tax for a number of years - I find it more efficient and less difficult to use each tax year. Keep up the good work.

Excellent help and reminders! Did not remind me of last years' K-1; however, that is an unusual addition and I knew it. Will buy again next year!
What's great about it: Asks for all required info.
What's not so great: Did not remind me that K-1 was needed.

I need to rethink Turbo Tax, if the software cannot access like it did before, to tell me how prior years to this year reflect, I need to do something else. Now I am going back thru all prior years and using Excel to tell me what I would like to know.

What's not so great: Very disappointed that 2011,2012,2013 prior returns were not accessed.

Retiree Return

In spite of the controversy over the initial lack of Schedule C and D forms, the upgrade to include them was effortless and appreciated.
What's great about it: Quick and Easy. Uncomplicated. Free Upgrade
What's not so great: Trouble finding access to IRA instructions for confirmation of the process.
