The process was easy to follow and included several questions that made sure I didn't miss any items. Printing was a little difficult but not overly hard to accomplish

Mostly Great

When having to up-grade to the next level the refund process should start over at the basic information to avoid the frustration that I went through in trying to find out where things were not stated right or put in the right way. When I completely started the processes over it was much easier to find where the changes had to be made and how they had to be put. If not for this I would have given an five stars instead of the four stars, it took me three frustrating days to stubbornly get it straightened out.
What's great about it: Having started the process it let me know I needed to up-grade to properly do my taxes.
What's not so great: Having to go over and over several times to find problem.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Lousy software

Started online and had to call, get a download version so I could finish on the download version because I could not import .TXF file.
Also would not allow me to see previous years files until I bought this years product. Once I bought this years product I could not import previous years files!!!
What's great about it: finished my taxes
What's not so great: Lousy import

The program worked well as it always does. However, I have always used Deluxe but this year had to use Premier because you changed what was in the package. If you want to raise the price of your product, just do it. I believe you charge a fair price. Don't hide it by changing the package I need.

Have been a fan of Turbotax for several years. However, this will be my last. Had to buy a more expensive version even though my tax situation is less complex than in years past. Additionally, completing taxes this year seemed much more complicated. The software does not seem to flow well as in years past.
What's great about it: available for mac
What's not so great: had to buy more expensive version this year for stocks

Turbo tax is great for me. I am not an accountant but following turbo tax instructions is fast and easy. I will continue to use TurboTax in the future...
What's great about it: Easy to use. Transfers all information from prior year. Checks returns for accuracty
