First Time Premier User

I've been using TurboTax Deluxe for 10 years and this year I had to buy the more expensive Premier version because I could not electronically file with Deluxe because my return contained a Schedule D. Not happy about that at all.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: Had to buy premier vice deluxe

it is dependable to get the job done. easy to use following the format, had to upgrade this year so now have to ask for refund. but I would recommend it.
What's great about it: import information, step by step
What's not so great: missing forms from prior year, took a few hours to figure out how to delete a wrong form

Deluxe to Premier

Dissapointed that we had to pay an additional $30 to use Premier this year vs Deluxe in previous years

Would highly recommend using Turbo Tax even new users will appreciate simple and direct Q&A format.
What's great about it: Ease of Use. History of key income and taxes presented.

Simply Taxes

Just as the past several years were, this year was easy. I still follow the tutorial. It makes me sure that I remember everything. I'm sticking with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Automatic availability of forms for 1099B reporting
What's not so great: N/A

Security issues concerned me gravely this year. I have an acquaintance that lost his return to a hacker and he used turbo tax.
What's great about it: Carrys information over from year to year
What's not so great: Downloading program was difficult
