Maxed it out!

This is the tenth consecutive year of using turbo tax. It's easy. It's right. It works. Why change?
What's great about it: Works great because you can just answer the questions. You can always access the question links provided as needed.
What's not so great: Turbo Tax can't read my mind.

I have been using Turbo Tax since its conception. Transferring data, simplifying some very complex tax issues and allowing me to completely control the outcome is why I enjoy using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy, thorough, complete, and accurate
What's not so great: None

Turbo Tax is a very user friendly program that gives the average person like me able to do basic yearly tax returns. Thank You.
What's great about it: User friendly
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

smooth sailing until the end

I have been using your program since you started. Now you will not allow me to report my annuity 1099-R as reported. Why? We are not all able to make a profit.
What's great about it: seems to cover everything except a 0.00 tax amount on my annuity
What's not so great: Ihad to snail mail my tax return, because you would not allow me to report 0.00 as a taxable amount on my annuity paymen

problem with additional charges

Understood that federal and state returns would be filed without additional fee on this order (SFDC002581679, 1/19/15) but could not file until I agreed to pay additional fee by credit card. Please explain.

I have used TurboTax for over 20 years now and I can't imagine doing my taxes without it. It is easy, complete and accurate.
What's great about it: Easy to use, Asked all the right questions
What's not so great: None from me

Quick and easy!

What's great about it: Taxes are unnecessarily complicated, but TurboTax explains it in the simplest terms that makes filing a snap.
What's not so great: It is easy to get lost if you have to stop your work and re-start again.
