Ease of use

I have used Turbo tax for quite a few years and every year it seems to get easier. I have recommended a number of family and friends to try and use the system. I believe that they will switch over after only one use.
What's great about it: Very easy to use, quick and accurate, remembering data from past years

Whole lotta work

I couldn't (wouldn't want to try# completing my taxes without a tax program. Turbo tax stepped me through each hurdle #education, rental property, investments) with adequate help along the way. Got a little confusing on rental property between maintenance and repair but hopefully I got it right. However, this years Turbo tax would not recognize my 2013 Turbo tax return. Although I had last year TT program and a saved copy of the return it would not recognize it because it wasn't completed on my new computer. Taxes are sooo much easier when my info is populated from last years return and last years return is listed beside this years return for me to see and compare. End result is the same. Taxes complete for another year! Wooohooo!
What's great about it: Turbo tax covers each topic step by step otherwise I'd never get through it.
What's not so great: Turbo tax 2014 was not able to recognize my Turbo tax 2013 tax return.

Smooth as silk!

I have been using TurboTax since 2008. Overall a very easy tax preparation this year.. The instructions seemed clearer than previous returns. Examples were especially helpful.
I am using Intuit for 2015 for the first time and interested in how it will interface with my 2015 return.

What's great about it: Easy to understand. Good instructions and explanattions.
What's not so great: Had to upgrade to premium because I sold a few shares of stock.

Easier every year

The first time it looks daunting. Take your time. You correct any mistake. It will even show you where they are. Print a copy before you file it. It is easier to understand on paper.
What's great about it: Takes you through you it easier every year. Helpful definitions along the way.

Smooth Process- Less than an Hour!

A great product overall and I have been using for 7 years running! I feel relieved by the helpful tutorials, extra info and easy filing aids.
What's great about it: Clear explanations, great help site support on few questions I had!
What's not so great: Lacked the immediate info I felt i needed for AMT questions.

could be easier

When I wanted to know what made up several amounts that I did not enter, it was rather difficult to go through everything to determine where the amount came from, especially when it came to the state form.

What's not so great: I'd like it to show those calculations by double clicking on the result.

Another Turbo Tax Year

Easy to use, even for out of the ordinary transactions. With the helpful description links you can complete any tax situation. The only thing I'm waiting for from Turbo Tax is to prefill in boxes for W-2 and scroll down the page using the down arrow vs having to tab though every box or using the mouse. Another year pleased using Turbo Tax for my family!
What's great about it: Easy Guidance if needed, Otherwise straight to what I know
What's not so great: Effeciencies could be added
