Been using for years. Works great. This year you threw me a curve by requiring me to upgrade to Premium after I bought Deluxe but, it's all good.
What's great about it: Very easy to use with great explanations of tax law.

Very good overall experience.
What's great about it: Very easy, took about 1 hour.
What's not so great: The auto downloads from the financial institutions didn't work.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Easy, Fast, Done

Everyone should feel comfortable doing their own taxes with Turbo Tax. As a Military member my tax situation changes year to year and there's never been a time that I had a question or situation that didn't get covered or had a button associated or at very least wasn't covered on the help pages. Thanks for another great product and I will be looking forward to using it again next year.
What's great about it: Simple Detailed
What's not so great: none

TurboTax Makes Tax Filing Simple

TurboTax 2014 Premier was easy to install and to use. I had no difficulties using it. I especially like the fact that TurboTax, if used each year, remembers a lot of your personal information from the previous year to fill in this years. It also remembers the charities that I use, and I don't have to look up information on the charities as it is already imported from last year's tax forms.
What's great about it: Straight forward questions, saves data from previous years, etc
What's not so great: Can't think of anything
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

Been using Turbo Tax for the past 14 years and it is the easiest way I know to file. It has saved me time and money from having a tax preparer. Answers to questions and explanations of terms is very accessible. I will continue to use Turbo tax in the future.
What's great about it: Easy to use, finds every possible deduction
What's not so great: Cost to file State Taxes
