Easy as EVER!

We've been using your software for over 7 years and it's always been a pleasant experience (as pleasant as paying taxes can be).
What's great about it: The navigation is seemless.
What's not so great: That I still have to pay the State for what the FED's do for free.

Good program!

Program is easy to install, as are the updates. It's nice to have the options of 'hand-holding' or do-it-yourself. I especially like the ability to import data from my retirement account, and to file electronically.
What's great about it: Easy to use in all respects.
What's not so great: None.

Excellence continues

I've been using Turbo Tax for 15 + years and it's amazing how it continues to improve in ease of use and staying accurate with both the federal & state tax laws continue to change. Certainly with those with relatively simple tax returns, Turbo Tax is hard to beat for ease of use and confidence that your tax submission is accurate.
What's great about it: Ever year TurboTax makes it clearer & easier to complete my tax returns
What's not so great: Would like the state e-file to be free like the federal e-file.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Couldn't do without it

I have used TurboTax for many years and would not even consider trying to do my taxes without it. The fact that my files can all be imported from previous returns, financial programs and brokers minimizes the effort and frustration of trying to read all the tax data and place the right figures in the right box.
What's great about it: Saves time and frustration by downloading brokerage data.
What's not so great: At times difficult to understand.

Tax Filing Made Easy!!

I have been using Turbo Tax to file my own taxes for at least ten years now! I would never go back to paying an accountant, nor would I ever use any other software. Turbo Tax is extremely user friendly with detailed guidance and explanations all along the way. Turbo Tax is the bomb digidy in tax filing!

Turbo tax is as usual an excellent tool to do you return. Very user friendly and does everything for you such as checking whether or not you have to pay AMT. Determine your education expenses credit and other things. Will continue to use.
What's great about it: User friendly, Answers to questions are available on "Explain this" link, Does everything.
What's not so great: Should not have to pay when e-filing state tax return. Already pay for the software.
