I liked the previous years MUCH better! I feel the older version walked you through more clearly and easy to understand.
What's great about it: transfed tax info from last year
What's not so great: much more cunfusing this year

While I understand the desire/need to constantly improve the product, I wish you wouldn't change the interface (the way you fill in the needed information) EVERY YEAR.
What's great about it: Can't think of an easier way to complete my tax return without the worry of incorrect calculations.
What's not so great: None that I canthink of.

Easy as pie

Everything worked well except issues with Flex Plan Spending. When I was asked if I had a FSA plan the program sent me to fill out info from the associated 1099-SA. I did not receive a 1099-SA as my flex plan is thru my employer and the amount was included in my W-2. Maybe there should be a note that reflects the issue I had.

The con was only annoying but certainly not impossible.
The instructions were very clear and led me to the information I needed.
What's great about it: Clear Instructions
What's not so great: Tiresome to go back to right side ribbon each time I wanted to change area on menu

Easy to Use

In the past I've always used Deluxe because I only had few mutual funds. This year Deluxe was changed so I could not file schedule D so I had to upgrade to Premier.
What's great about it: Flexibility to use Easy Step or enter manually.
What's not so great: Can't file Schedule D from Deluxe

I have been buying Deluxe for years and years. This year, because of investments, I had to upgrade to Premier. Nice huge income boost for you, not me.
What's great about it: User friendly and easy as always
What's not so great: Forced to upgrade
