Part time resident state returns (IN & KY) were confusing because there weren't any information boxes to read to help answer questions when we were confused.
What's great about it: Federal
What's not so great: Need more help (information boxes) on state returns

Password for tax info download

I used Turbo Tax to import tax info from banks etc. I was unable to paste my passwords into Turbo Tax and to compound matters I could not see the passwords I was entering. My passwords are very strong and I had little success entering them. I resorted to simplifying my password at the institutions' sites and when finished with my taxes, restoring them again. Needless hassle. Please permit passwords to be pasted in.

It is easy to use -- I have used it since it was first developed. I would never use another product.

Although very easy to use, this year, it didn't pull in all my numbers data from last year so that I could get an accurate year over year comparison.
What's great about it: Very Easy and Quick
What's not so great: Didn't pull in any return numbers from 2013

TurboTax 2014 Premier

I have been using TurboTax since the beginning. Not crazy about this year's experience, but doubt I'll switch.
What's great about it: Fast and straight-forward
What's not so great: Glitchy (would not process transactions, had to call)
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have used Turbo Tax since it's inception and it has always kept me from having a problem with the IRS.
What's great about it: The questions get all the correct information.
What's not so great: None.
