Another Succesful Year of TurboTax!

Been using TT for years and haven't had any problems. Very user friendly and I like how it does a review of your returns prior to filing and lets you know if you're at risk for audit. Will continue to use TT for many years to come!
What's great about it: easy to use and user friendly
What's not so great: repetitive screens you need to scroll through

Filing has never been easier

I've used Turbo Tax for over 15 years. It just gets easier and better each year. I love how the information from last year is brought forward. I also love how it connects to my financial institutions and sucks the data in. I have investments and other situations and I can generally knock my taxes out in about 4 hours each year. Love it.
What's great about it: Guided tasks, remembered all my data from last year
What's not so great: Sometimes when moving from page to page I had to select No. A default would have been nice.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

It was OK but I liked previous years better .
What's great about it: I was able to follow all directions well .
What's not so great: I like to see the 1040 form and work from it rather than the questions .

Good Software

Should import from prior years without preference to what software program used. Should show the differences between this year and last years returns, Should show the averages for all returns nationwide in a close income level.
What's great about it: Step by step for all levels of tax filing. Especially like the Premier version for income property.
What's not so great: Did not import from other years (other software programs)

Turbo Tax over the years

I've been using Turbo Tax for quite a few years now and I have always had a good experience with it. It has been easy to use and walks through all the steps in very plain language. I recommend it to people when they ask what I use.
What's great about it: Easy to use; walks you through all the steps in plain language
What's not so great: Can't do a Trust using the personal version

Love Turbo Tax

I got a new computer last year and was not sure if Turbo Tax would be able to find my taxes from last year and it did! It imported all of my information which made it all Fast and Easy! This year it was easier to find my W-2 online and I was able to import them for the first time.
What's great about it: Fast, Easy, and Smart
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
