I get this every year now because HR Block software is loaded with advertising, why should we pay for advertising?
Ttax remembered correctly everything from last year so typing was minimal.
My broker only downloads Tax forms to Ttax
What's great about it: I was easly able to skip all the stuff that does not apply
What's not so great: Eplanations in help always leave something to be desired
Pros: I bought or sold investments

So-So

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and it always does a good job for me. I truly hope that you will keep the Deluxe addition the same next year as it was for 2013 so I don't have to upgrade to a more expensive version to be able to add one form (schedule K) to my return.
What's great about it: Worked like always after the upgrade
What's not so great: Wasn't happy about having to do an upgrade to be able to enter my Schedule K
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Why don"t you tell users they must use Int. Exp.? I had to search for answer to "Page cannot be displayed" error. Finally found it after a long search---that is when another customer told about Int. Exp. problem.
What's great about it: ease of use
What's not so great: Can only use Internet Explorer

Terrible Once Again

For the second year in a row, my city form is not correct. Last year it had a water mark with "DO NOT File" across it. This year the form will not transfer the taxes paid to the city from the W-2. There for, that form cannot be used to file my city taxes, ONCE AGAIN. Secondly, I am supposed to get one free state e-file. And just like two years ago, I was required to pay for the state return before your software would allow me to file. Which by the way I will expect you to refund or I will dispute the charge with the credit company. Between these problems and your total screw up with your Deluxe and Premier versions, I am not sure I will be using your product next year.
What's great about it: ???????
What's not so great: Inaccurate software

Only found one glitch
on February 16, 2015

On the federal W-2's with a Washington, DC, employer's address, return would not file because the state box was empty. I tried putting DC in the box, but it wouldn't work. I had to do some fancy fudging to get it to file.
What's great about it: Did real estate properties well
What's not so great: Washington, DC, glitch
