Very easy to use although sometimes printing is necessary to find mistakes, but all in all it's def. worth using.

Awesome Tax Application

This years turbo tax software was awesome. A few questions here, some clicks there, and boom you're done and on your way to a very nice chunk of change back in your pocket. Thanks you guys. It's never been so easy.
What's great about it: Guide through the whole process of how to file my taxes, has never been this easy
What's not so great: None to think of
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Please streamline the software

Every time I open Turbo tax, it asks me to enter personal info, and every time I reject this. YOU ALREADY HAVE THIS INFO ON MY TAX RETURN, STOP ASKING! Also, when I want to go to a specific spot to enter a specific piece of data, I don't want you to ask me a never ending stream of questions just to co back to a spot and complete an entry. For example, I cannot go and revise a figure on my rental property without going through a series of questions that I already answered. BTW, I have been a TURBOTAX user for over a decade, but feel that you do NOT value my input, since you have failed to upgrade simple things time and again. Every year you make me consider switching to another software due to this fact.
What's great about it: fairly simple
What's not so great: to many barriers to get to the point you want to enter data

You could make it a lot easier. You made it difficult to pay using my credit card. I gave you all the information last year, but you made me sign on to your account to pay you again. That is true with a lot of the information I gave you last year. You are good, but you could be a lot better.

What's great about it: Walked me though the entire process and when I had questions or did not understand TURBO Tax provided the help and info.

The Turbotax tech support team provided all the help I needed and solved all my dilemmas to get me the tax software I needed in the most efficient way.
My Support help was Melissa (410075507) and John (410181412).
What's great about it: Good support
What's not so great: Poor retail offerings

Historically, I was apprehensive in doing my own taxes, TurboTax walked me through, step-by-step, and was extremely easy to work through!
